Steam policy allows review after its two-hour refund window
A Battlefield 6 player said on August 7, 2026, that Steam refunded the Phantom Edition after 470 hours when several modes left standard matchmaking. Valve's policy allows requests outside its 14-day and two-hour limits, but promises only that they will be considered.
