The sale covered here is specific to Taiwan. Prices, colors, memory combinations, warranty terms and accessories announced in other markets do not establish what Xiaomi will sell there.

Reservations close one minute before coupon use begins

Xiaomi Taiwan's campaign terms say reservations run from 4:00 p.m. on August 24 through 11:59 a.m. on September 4, 2026 (GMT+8). The first-sale coupon becomes usable one minute later, at noon.

The terms set the coupon at NT$1,000 and make it valid through 11:59 p.m. on September 21. Using Taiwan's August 24 closing rate of NT$31.854 per US$1, the coupon is worth about US$31. Xiaomi says it can be used once, cannot be combined with another coupon and becomes invalid if the phone is returned.

The specifications remain a series-level preview

Xiaomi Taiwan identifies the F9 line with Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5-family chipsets. The page says the 8,050mAh battery and independent subwoofer are exclusive to the F9 Ultra, while the luminous rear panel belongs only to the Aurora Green F9 Pro.

Xiaomi's English-language preview says the Ultra uses Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and the Pro uses a V-series version of the chipset family. It also advertises 100W wired and 50W wireless charging, an AMOLED display rated up to 185Hz and Bose-branded symmetrical stereo speakers.

The official preview describes 185Hz as a maximum refresh rate and limits its 185fps claim to selected games under internal test conditions. Xiaomi also directs customers to local sellers for available colors, storage and RAM variants. Those qualifiers prevent a series-level preview from proving that every Taiwan configuration has every advertised feature.

Taiwan prices remain missing

As of August 25, Xiaomi Taiwan's launch page carried reservation offers but no F9 list price that APPI News could verify. The campaign terms also omitted model-by-model prices, RAM, storage and camera details. No online estimate is used here.

Xiaomi Taiwan's current POCO list starts the X8 Pro at NT$10,999, the F8 Pro at NT$16,999 and the F8 Ultra at NT$21,999. At the August 24 closing exchange rate, those prices are about US$345, US$534 and US$691. They are local comparison points, not forecasts for the F9 series.

The F8 Pro's Taiwan page lists a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, a 6,210mAh battery, 100W wired charging and a 120Hz AMOLED display. A useful F9 comparison therefore requires the final price and exact configuration, not a processor name or charging figure in isolation.

A purchase comparison starts after model pages go live

The first comparison is the final price of each RAM and storage configuration after any applicable coupon. Only then can the F9 Pro and Ultra be measured against current POCO models or phones from another brand.
